A rotary drum screen, also known as a rotary screen or drum screen, is composed of a motor, a reducer, a roller device, a frame, a sealing cover, and a material inlet and outlet. The roller device is typically a cylinder screen made of wedge wire profiles and rigid support profiles.

The rotary drum screen is mainly used to remove solid particles from liquids or slurries. Here's how it works:

1. The liquid or slurry to be filtered is fed into the drum screen through an inlet pipe.

2. As the drum rotates, the liquid or slurry flows through the perforations in the drum, and the solid particles are trapped on the surface of the screens.

3. Screened water or slurry flows through the surface of the drum screen and exits through the outlet port.
